About Us
Cairies is a small Salesforce implementation partner (husband and wife team!) based in Edinburgh. We were established in 2011 to help address the growing need for local Salesforce support in Scotland.
We’re passionate about all things Salesforce because we’ve seen the difference it can make to an organisation when used well. Over the years we’ve worked with many small to medium-sized organisations across lots of different sectors in Scotland, helping them to get the most of out their investment in Salesforce.
We typically work with our clients over many years and feel very privileged to have become trusted partners with them on their Salesforce journeys. We take pride in our work and take the time to get to know our customers’ needs and their businesses well.
In Scots, Cairies means ‘clouds in motion’. That’s what we do. We help keep your organisation moving forwards on its Salesforce journey.
Meet the Team
Andrew 
Andrew is the Salesforce expert at Cairies. He’s passionate about helping our clients benefit from using Salesforce.
Having worked with the Salesforce platform since 2008, Andrew has wide and varied experience of how organisations can use Salesforce. He enjoys the variety of challenges he gets to tackle with our clients. He focuses on helping to shape the strategy of their Salesforce programmes, solving day to day business issues using Salesforce, as well interacting and working alongside them on a weekly basis.
When he’s not busy working, you’ll find him in the gym, playing football with his football daft son, or perfecting an espresso at the coffee machine.
Emma
Emma is the marketing automation expert at Cairies. She’s passionate about driving efficiencies and putting the customer at the centre of our client’s customer journeys.
Emma spent 16 years in the financial services industry focused on business analysis and business architecture. It was here that her passion for focusing on customer journeys started. Emma joined forces with Andrew in 2018 to achieve a better work-life balance as a working Mum and to bring her experience to Cairies clients. Emma helps our clients with their marketing automation processes focused around Pardot, as well as providing Salesforce support for day to day issues.
She escapes at lunchtime for runs along the canal or goes for a spin session in the company gym (the garage!).
