Overview

The Bridge Community Project is a charity based in Livingston. They aim to improve the everyday wellbeing of the people of West Lothian by providing practical and relational support.

They offer several services, including:

  • Financial wellbeing – offering mental, emotional and financial- resilience and wellbeing
  • COSCA approved counselling
  • Stepping Stones to Wellbeing – providing groups and courses in a number of key areas
Challenge

The Bridge has been using Salesforce for a number of years, but it’s not used across all of its services. The Bridge were keen to use Salesforce specifically for Stepping Stones to Wellbeing, which would allow them to move away from recording information on spreadsheets, paper forms and various systems, having all the information in one place.

  • Create a new online enquiry form and integrate it with Salesforce
Solution
Outcome

The Stepping Stones to Wellbeing service within The Bridge has moved away from its manual processes for recording and storing information about participants. Information is now stored centrally to provide a clear picture of the participant’s status and view the latest updates to their record. Online enquiries are processed directly in Salesforce, and participants are sent email notifications and reminders for upcoming events.

Outcome

The team has valued working alongside Emma and Andrew on the implementation of our new salesforce system. They were able to explain more complicated IT jargon in a simple way, which ensured that the process from start to finish was very smooth. They were very responsive to any questions we had and were a joy to work alongside. We hope to work again with them in the future and we would highly recommend them.
