Working with The Bridge Community Project
Over the last few months, we have been working with a charity called The Bridge. They are passionate about improving the everyday well-being of the people of West Lothian by providing practical and relational support.
They offer a number of services, including financial support, counselling and groups/courses to help people cope with everyday life. We worked with The Bridge to move their Stepping Stones to Wellbeing service onto Salesforce.
In doing so, we automated many manual processes and made the onboarding process of a new participant more efficient. It involved moving away from spreadsheets and paper forms. We ensured crucial data was captured and reduced the chance of manual errors. Read more about it in our case study.
